CIRYAM – Wywiad z Moniką Węgrzyn i Robertem Węgrzyn
„…He, heh, kontrakt z diabłem… (…) To brzmi trochę jak „niemodny makaron w rosole… (…)
ABSENCE OF THE SACRED – An interview with Mike
It is without an inch of doubt I state that Absence Of The Sacred can no longer be considered strangers to the Death Metal scene in Asia. This four piece aggression who have been responsible for anthems such as “Fallen Into Obscurity”, “Catalysts for Cataclysms” and Dawn Of A Dead Aeon are undoubtedly on their way to the peaks of the genre as one of the best units to rise from Asia who are capable of conjuring neck breaking Melodic Death Metal coalesced with immense doses of technicality. Below are excerpts from my recent chat with front man Mike Priest.
KRODHA REMAINS – Interview with Shalin
Shalin Rathnasinghe, an individual who has been an enormous contributor to the Sri Lankan Heavy Metal Scene since it's earlier inceptions, can also be introduced to you all as one of the founding members of the now infamous Sri Lankan Grunge/Psychedelic Rock band Karmic Sulphur. Although his departure to the United States left him nonexistent in the scene for a couple of years, Shalin has recently been delving into more experimental waters with his latest project Krodha Remains. My thanks to Shalin who despite his busy schedule took some time off to answer this interview to update us all on what he has been up to.
DIG UP – Wywiad z Maciejem
Żywiecki DIG UP nabiera wiatru w żagle.
THE FIRSTBORN – Interview with Bruno
Even though “The Firstborn” isn't a household name for most members of the underground Extreme Metal community, this four piece aggression being the world's first Extreme Metal unit to base their themes around Buddhist philosophy, undoubtedly have been making their mark in the genre and their region and an ardent worldwide following throughout the years with their unique sound-scapes fueled with Buddhist ideologies. Despite the workload which followed the release of their latest opus “The Noble Search”, front man Bruno Fernandes took some time off for a chat to elaborate further.
CHAINSAW – Wywiad z Jarkiem Gajczukiem-Zawadzkim
Bydgoski Chainsaw to aktualnie jedna z najciekawszych polskich formacji.
IT’S.TRUE.MENTALITY – Wywiad z Anią, Andrzejem, Arkiem i Grzegorzem
Zapraszam do lektury.
PLNS – Interview with Roshan Pitigala
Projects such as PLNS, Highspeed Owl and Milk Drop Revelation all have at least this one description which does justice to the music in common, “There's nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a butterfly”. A saying which surprisingly accommodates all of Roshan's creations up to date. Much has been said about all his creations but this Interview deals with his inner thoughts on his ideologies and way of life.
