DAVOLA is one-man project of Aaron Cloutier. The album “The Resume” is summary of artist's works which contains until 15 tracks closed in over seventy minutes.

The music represented by Aaron oscillates among brutal species of Metal – from Thrash Metal to Death Metal as well as Metalcore. This mixture in total creates very extreme music full of brutal, heavy and aggressive phrases. The quick paces, low tuned guitars and parties of distortion bass in connection with characteristic heavy riffs and aggressive screams create climate similar to such bands like STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, LAMB OF GOD, SLIPKNOT or MASTODON.

However the heavy, quick guitar's riffs and aggressive vocal parties – in spite of superiority – are not only solutions here. In the tracks also are plaited clean parties of guitars, melodious solos, acoustic pieces e.g. in style of Flamenco and clean singing. This all sometimes give to the music melancholy mood or simply gentler tone.
