Forlorn is not a new band. Their previous releases were into Viking metal but now they seem to approach more symphonic paths. In their line-up we can see Dolgar (ex-Gehenna) and this means they have influences from this band but also they sound like Dimmu Borgir and Old Man's Child. The use of keyboards is very good and reminds the last release of Ancient Wisdom. If you like black metal with melodies and keyboards then go ahead by the time they have good production and the album is generally good enough. I like it but I won't listen to it for many days. Believe in them!
