This is already seventh album of German metalmaniacs who began their career in 90 years. The “Command To Charge” contains 11 tracks plus 2 video clips from show and 1 hidden track. German label Armageddon Music released this publication!!! I did not hear the earlier publications of team unfortunately, so I have not comparison… In this case I will occupy only the present material… The “Command To Charge” is the superb connection of metal melodies and dynamicity contained in collage of thrash metal and melodious death metal (with Swedish influences) and with the modern breath of nu metal . SUIDAKRA follows own style. The tracks are characterized heavy sound leaning on the strong guitar's riffs (the shrieks, dampings and another metal patents), the dynamic and curiously composed work of drums (Lars Wehner) and the bass (Marcus Riewaldt) as well as the melodious guitar phrases. The aggressive thrash-black-death metal vocals of Arkadius Antonik (the guitarist and vocalist with Polish sounding surname) add heaviness also. However (besides of heavy but melodious guitar phrases) melodious parties are created by perfect sung of vocal additionally which belongs to Mathias Kupka (the guitarist and next vocalist with equally Polish sounding lsurname). The gently accent keys, considerable quantity of the melodic guitar's passages and chords as well as solos replenish this whole, this all here and there associate me with Irish or Scottish folk. The sounds of bagpipes, flutes and the nostalgic ballad in Irish style confirm my associations. The tracks are well-thought-out well and richly arranged. The whole oscillates in enough quick paces with slowing downs… On the end I go to the hidden track. So, I betray secret. This is great cover-song of Mike Oldfield's “Moonlight Shadow”, which breathed much metal energy in the original-song and didn’t lose the original melodic. Unfortunately I have not idea what a woman sings this cover-song.
