CORAXO is a young team, who decided to create a more ambitious music, than just a reproduction of the species of typical rock. As musicians say their music is a mixture of electronic music (Ambient) with Nordic Melodic Death Metal. And their second album “Starlit Flame II” is part of a planned trilogy based on the lyrical concept of sci-fi. In addition, the mastering of this album belong to Dan Swan?, and therefore the more interesting material seems…

“Starlit Flame II” contains six tracks of the convention Melodic Death / Black Metal that really contain an electronic insertions, although there are not so many to determine the music by the prefix “electro”. After all, the whole is quite interesting… The heavy, monumental guitar riffs… The powerful hitting of the drums… The monstrous and furious vocals (oscillating between styles of Death / Black Metal)… The melodic and atmospheric solos… And of course the atmospheric parties of synthesizer that intensify a darkness and a coldness, which spreads by the music…

The album is very spatial… Really it sometimes causes the cosmic mood…
