ROBIN BROCK „Monsters”
Zaprzyjaźniona wytwórnia TSM/SLW Promotion podarowała mi kolejny krążek do recenzji. Tym razem jest to najnowszy album kanadyjskiej bogini rocka, którą mam przyjemność poznać dzięki „Monsters”… Poraz kolejny okazuje się, że pewne nieprzyjemne życiowe zdarzenia inspirują lub pomagają w procesie twórczego artyzmu… W przypadku Robin było to miedzy innymi roztrzaskanie kostki na 7 kawałków (podczas górskiej przejażdżki), które zapoczątkowało lawinę muzycznych pomysłów… Nie ma tego złego co by na dobre nie wyszło… To wielka sztuka – przekonwertować tkwiące w nas negatywne emocje i doznania na coś pozytywnego oraz twórczego… Tak właśnie odbieram album „Monsters” – jako coś pozytywnego, coś co daje siłę do działania i wzmacnia… gdyż co nas nie zabije to nas wzmocni…

Ex-BRAINSTORM shouter Marcus Jürgens and his men prepared themselves for the second attack after their debut called Against the advice from 2004. Breakdown to breakthrough is the second metallic coup that was thrown out by the guys from Stuttgart/Southern Germany.

Lively, but anyway with heart and soul and also indigenously and equipped with a good and interesting songwriting, the album Outside lookingn in of BRUCE TURGON (Ex-Foreigner und Ex-Shadow King) is a great one. In coordination with many different hard rock musicians: The list of the participants is like a Who is who of hard rock: With the help of Denny Carmassi Drums (Heart, Whitesnake, Foreigner, Montrose), Rocket Ritchotte Solo Guitar (David Lee Roth, Stan Bush, Cher, Rick Springfield), Scott McKinstry Solo Guitar (Lou Gramm band), Ronnie Montrose Solo Guitar, Lou Gramm Background Vocals (Foreigner), Ricky Phillips Background Vocals (Styx, Bad English), Tom Gimbel Background Vocals (Foreigner), Diana Mills Background Vocals came a well arranged and mixed album to life that really knows how to create tension.
PHILIP BARDOWELL „In the cut”
After his popular role as singer of the band UNRULY CHILD and as a band member in MAGDALEN, PHILIP BARDOWELL had a job as singer in Peter Criss´ (KISS) band CRISS. BARDWELL´s voice is comparable to the one of Lou Gramm (FOREIGNER) and Mark Fee.
TERRA NOVA „Escape”
TERRA NOVA from the wonderful Holland enrich us with their happy rock album called Escape. 12 hard rock numbers tie up to the debut album Living it up from 1996, the followers Break away (1997) and Make my day (1999), which could mostly succeed well in Japan.
