VERNI debuts mini-horror movie with “Night Of The Swamp King”

DD Verni, the legendary Overkill founder and bass player, is releasing an official video for the song «Night Of The Swamp King» next week. The track is taken off his debut solo album «Barricade», which is going to be released by Mighty Music on October 12th.

The video for «Night Of The Swamp King» was directed by Leigh Brooks (Life of Agony) and described as a mini horror film with a nod to the great Universal horror movies of the past. It was shot in Whales and parts of the UK earlier this month. DD states “The song and video really show parts of all the stuff that I love, it’s a doom/bluesy kind of tune and then a horror movie video…what could go together better!”
