If I well have guessed the band name comes from the District Hate. Thus, the Ukrainian band D.HATE spits out the enormity of hatred, which undoubtedly is audible on their second album, which was recorded in Poland, in Hertz Studio, under the guidance of brothers Wiesławski. And the release of the album took a thriving Ukrainian label Metal Scrap Records, who dressed the disc in a neat digipack.

The band looks very dynamically – the brutal and heavy guitar licks, violent various screams and a fast pace interspersed with decelerations to medium speed levels. The music a bit reminded me of the good old CARCASS mixed with a bit of SEPULTURA.

Going into details … sometimes it is very like in Grindcore – furiously, predatory and of course quickly. And when the pig squeal occurs between the monstrous growls and grunts then the music reachs to an apogee of extreme by giving such a kick that literally pulls the shoes (even those concrete). The pig squeal gives suitable features of the contemporary times, because when in the twentieth century Deathgrind had many fans on the metal scene and a few persons heard about the pig squeal.

However, Grindcore has usually extremely fast pace. While D.HATE presents the interesting rhythmic solutions, full of lively and variable rhythms and percussion accents, which in total is typical for Groove Metal and makes the material is not monotonous rhythmically, and the rhythm still stimulates a kinesis.

Of course the wholeness is covered by deadly Death Metal and it is totally crushes. At the end of the album the band shows even a little guitar and vocal melodies, which are a too bit timid. The melodies show the dark passages of pure singing and guitars. Perhaps some of you will be appalled but I felt unsatisfied.
