THE FRIED OKRA BAND is another Danish band of males, which presents next album, this time it is released in digipack. The creation with eleven songs in style of Blues is the fourth album of the band. The label gave the information about the band that they are inspired by a haunted Blues of Mississippi regions. And they play hypnotic Blues.

During of listening to tracks I have the impression this men are experienced musicians and they are bred on such music. The racially and in a trance create their work. They love Blues and really they know how to show the depth, sadness, seriousness and also the dark side of the music. Bluesy vocals but in the “white version”, sometimes I can compare it to the frontman of THE DOORS but only sometimes.

This work was created in the typical American style of Blues, in which in addition to “psychedelia and hypnosis” there is no shortage of energy. I think that many a lovers of blues will to reach for the team of THE FRIED OKRA BAND, because they are the musicians with great potential, uncommon talent and their own musical vision. Who knows, maybe someday THE FRIED OKRA BAND will join the legends of Blues?
