After two years of silence Finns released their second album… The music from “10 Forms of Dominion” is a manifestation of the racial Thrash playing with its typical style, dynamics, melody and heaviness. However, despite the stylish canons, Thrash Metal also has many faces. In case of RUINSIDE it is milder Thrash Metal, that is the enriched through the melody with the medium-fast tempos as well as through the cleaner vocals but the music still is very energetic, heavy and dynamic…

Perhaps the vocal is the reason of my associations with ANTHRAX. However, from the instrumental side of RUINSIDE their music is rather slower but more technicaly… And also I had memories with the old materials of FORBIDDEN… and a little of MEGADETH.

RUINSIDE holds orthodox canons of Thrash Metal, both in terms of arrangement, lyrics and art-work. Is it a good thing that they are faithful to tradition? You will judge.
